We rotate beans from three small Pacific Northwest roasters: Heart in Portland, Olympia in Seattle, and Roseline in McMinnville. The board behind the bar tells you what's pulling this morning. If you have a favorite, tell the barista — we'll usually have a bag we can sell you.
